    Hoople Predictions 09.28.2007

GATE CITY 28, VIRGINIA HIGH 20 "? The Blue Devils will play with verve, emotion and pluck. If this doesn't take care of the Bearcats, nothing else can. Heh-heh!

POWELL VALLEY 52, CLINTWOOD 10 "? Keep an eye on the end zone, Green Wave, because Powell Valley will be visiting there frequently.

J.J. KELLY 14, RYE COVE 7 "? The Wise Guys have been flashing an unmistakable swagger of late. It's called confidence.

ST. PAUL 14, CASTLEWOOD 12 "? St. Paul's new offense could both solve and create problems.

TWIN SPRINGS 14, ERVINTON 6 "? The Titans will reverse their fortunes beginning with this win.

J.I. BURTON 55, COEBURN 7 "? Norton's lads are making their own kind of music.

APPALACHIA 48, POUND 6 "? These 'Cats will need every one of their nine lives to stay on the field with Happy-lachia.

HAYSI 34, TWIN VALLEY 7 "? The Tigers haven't lost their touch it's plain to see.

St. Paul/Castlewood would be a great game, but it won't be played tonight.

Gate City/VA High could also end up being a good game.

I don't either...after 2 losses each, both of those teams have different mindsets tho.
...And if you ain't down with that, I got 2 words for ya....

I don't think the margin will be that wide either.

But, it's tough to predict with this Clintwood team.

I agree.. My guess would be something near 28-7, but 52-10? That's far too much IMO.

PV offense is capable of it.

GC/VA high...its our homecomeing and it was just insane, out of all my years at GC (this being my last) ive never seen our school this crazy, our players are ready for it.
